This intervention aims at completely resetting your nervous system by cleansing it of the 'old software' and rewiring thinking patterns.

NSR works at two levels. At the physical/mental level, I use a technique called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) also known as 'Meridian tapping' by asking you to tap fingertips on specific meridian points while focusing on an issue with the aim of releasing energy blockages, and emotional pain.

This is combined with affirmations at an emotional/mental level that alter thought patterns, behaviors, and emotional responses by cleaning old belief systems.
